Pacific Color Graphics Needs a Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative’s responsibility is to exceed the expectations of our clients. This will be accomplished by managing projects, collecting and distributing information, communicating directly with our customers and our various plants, and proactively looking for ways to improve the buying experience for our customers. The CSR will be involved in all aspects of the customer relationship, including current orders, new projects, pricing, graphic-design requests, quality issues, and anything else that will help improve the customer experience. The CSR will also create purchase orders, manage inventory, schedule warehouse releases, and coordinate with our production facilities. The perfect candidate will be professional, responsive, flexible, caring, and proactive.
